    reviewing the title work is working on your behalf, not the seller’s
  3. The seller’s title company inevitably has a conflict of interest. You cannot
    effectively play on two teams in the same game.
  4.  Sellers’ title companies frequently ignore or do no research code violations
    and open permits and do not disclose them to the buyer.
